Originally from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Dr. Kevin Lang received his Bachelors in Psychology from Temple University, where graduated with esteemed membership to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. While there, he not only maintained an impressive academic career, but also exceled in Track and Field. Dr. Lang then attended the University of Pennsylvania for his Doctorate of Medical Dentistry (DMD) and continued on for his specialty training in Orthodontics and his Masters of Biological Sciences at Temple University. Dr. Lang is a proud member of the American Association of Orthodontics. Dr. Lang’s work on Biochemistry has been published in scientific journals as well as the Journal of Clinical Orthodontics.
Dr. Kevin Lang has been changing smiles at Monmouth-Ocean Orthodontics for over 35 years. Dr. Lang has been identified as a Top Dentist in Monmouth and Ocean County as well as New Jersey Magazine many times throughout his remarkable career. He is an active member of the local community and frequently sponsors schools and sports teams. Dr. Lang has been known to treat some high-profile smiles which have graced the local (and not so local) pageants and community (Hi Ms. New Jersey!).
Dr. Lang is passionate about the orthodontic field and it shows through his work! He loves having the opportunity to create second and even third generations of family smiles. Seeing former patients bring in their own children and grandchildren is one of his great joys and speaks volumes of the quality of his orthodontic treatment.
When not working on his patients’ smiles, Dr. Lang enjoys golfing and spending time with his wife, Sue, a health and fitness instructor, and two children. Dr. Lang is also an animal enthusiast and loves spoiling his pets including his two dogs, three cats, and six turtles.
